INJECTION MOULDING

Thanks to decades of experience and to the many plastic injection machines available RICO can nowadays take care of the whole process, from engineering of the parts to the injection moulding, from hard coating to drying and packaging.

RICO has currently 52 presses, both vertical and horizontal, ranging from 35 to 350 tons, with 1 and 2 colour injection possibility (to perform a 2K injection).

All these features allow RICO to perform high quality and precision injection processes, production of plastic components with integrated metal inserts, rubber moulding (EPDM) and overmoulding processes.
